This has been tested on Windows XP 32bit, not sure if it works on 64bit.
==== How to use ====
1. Run Counter-Strike: Source from steam
2. Run bypasscss.exe
3. Join a game (online or with bots, doesn’t matter)
4. Click on ‘Bypass ON’ button to turn the sv_cheats bypass or use a hotkey to execute a cheat.
5. Now you can execute any cheat command (except god, noclip, etc of course) in the console, for example r_drawothermodels 2 (a wireframe wallhack)
6. Have fun!

Ctrl+1 = Bypass ON
Ctrl+2 = Bypass OFF
Ctrl+1 = Bypass ON
Ctrl+2 = Bypass OFF
To use the following hotkeys, Numlock must be on.
Numpad 1 = Fullbright
Numpad 2 = WhiteWalls
Numpad 3 = Wireframe Wallhack
Numpad 4 = No Smoke and muzzle flash
Numpad 0 = Reset all hacks
Numpad 2 = WhiteWalls
